We are currently experiencing a short delay in shipping orders, please allow a few days for your order to ship. Our customer support is open 7 days a week from 8am-6pm PST. We are currently not shipping to Canada. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Shipping Policy

We are currently able to ship only to the following locations:

Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada.

Please note that we use a variety of carrier services for each shipping option and it is not possible to specify a preferred carrier when placing your order. 

Free shipping

When you order items worth $200 or more from ultralegendcollections.com, your Standard shipping is FREE! (No Per Item shipping charges, either!) Don't miss this chance to get free shipping on your favorite items!

Free Standard shipping promotional offer applies only to new orders shipping to the continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Offer is not valid for split shipping to multiple addresses. No code required. Offer is for a limited time and is subject to change without prior notification.

Business days are Monday through Friday with the exception of certain holidays. Please allow one (1) additional business day for processing of orders placed on weekends and holidays.

* For Canadian customers, we ship to all provinces and territories. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Ultra Legend Collections is not responsible for any shipping delays due to weather or other external factors.

 

Shipping Charges

For customers in the United States:

Per Item charges are in addition to the Per Order charge.

For example, if your order consists of 2 items, $4.99 for Expedited Shipping + ($0.99 Per Item charges x 2 items) = $6.97 will be charged to you.

Pre-Orders

If an order contains any items not on pre-order, we will ship those items as available. The shipping charges will be based on the total of all pre-order and in-stock items. 

A valid credit card is required to place pre-orders and an authorization may be held until the product is available to ship. Charges will not post to the account until the item ships. Orders may be cancelled if the credit card on file is not valid at the time of shipment.
